"Easy return and quick refund"
Well... I accidentally ordered the wrong game and had to return it. Support replied quickly, and the refund came through a few days later. it was all painless, so I’m happy to give 5 stars.

"Really glad support came through"
I had a little issue with my order and, i was expecting it to turn into one of those long back-and-forth things, you know how that goes. But support got back to me quickly and sorted it out without making me jump through a bunch of hoops. I was relieved, especially since I’d been kind of stressing about it for no reason. I’d order from them again.

"I found a few things I actually wanted..."
I found a few things I actually wanted and the site was easy enough to use. Checkout was going fine too, but this is where it got annoying: the shipping cost popped up and felt way too high for the size of my order. It kind of killed the whole thing for me. I might come back if shipping gets cheaper, but for now I probably wouldn’t order again.

"Everything showed up exactly right!!"
I grabbed a few cards and some sleeves from CoolStuffInc, everything was exactly what I picked out!! Right sets, right quantities, no weird random substitutions or mix-ups!!!
The package was sorted nicely too, which made it super easy to go through and check everything off. I’ve definitely had other shops forget tiny stuff before, so this was a nice change!!
Not a whole lot more to say, really... the order was accurate, it was easy to verify, and I’d totally order from them again!!!

"Better deals than I usually find elsewhere"
I keep coming back mostly because the prices here tend to be better than what I see on other sites, especially for singles and sale items. For me, even if shipping isn’t some amazing free deal, the lower item prices usually balance it out enough to make it worth ordering. I’ve ended up grabbing a few things I had been holding off on simply because they were cheaper here. Overall, I’ve had a good experience and it’s been an easy place to shop again.

"The order was packaged well..."
The order was packaged well and the cards got here safely, so I’ll give credit for that. Nothing was bent or damaged inside. That said, the outer box had a small ding, and even though it wasn’t a huge issue, it did make me a little less confident about how carefully everything was handled. It’s the kind of thing that makes you pause a bit before ordering again. Would’ve been 5 stars if the box had arrived cleaner

"Showed up sooner than I expected"
I ordered this sometime last week, or maybe the week before, I can’t remember exactly, but it got here faster than I thought it would. Shipping was smooth and I didn’t have any issues at all...

"Cards showed up looking good"
I opened them up thinking, okay, let’s see how these made it through shipping, and they looked good overall. There was one little ding on a corner, which was a bit of a bummer, but nothing too crazy. Other than that, they were in nice shape.

"So... I had a smooth..."
So... I had a smooth time using coolstuffinc.com. It’s easy to find your way around, the search works well enough, and the categories are laid out in a way that makes sense. Pages loaded fine for me most of the time, and checkout was simple too. I do think some of the filters could be a little better, but overall I didn’t run into any major issues.

"Really good selection overall"
CoolStuffInc has a great selection, honestly. I’m mostly looking at card games and board games, and more often than not I can find what I’m after. They also seem to have a decent amount of older stuff hanging around, which is always a nice little bonus.
I’m sticking with 4 stars just because some things sell out faster than I’d like, and restocks can feel kind of hit or miss. But overall, it’s still a solid place to browse, compare prices, and see what’s out there.
